The bronze package includes assessment of the roof, foundation, electrical system, plumbing, HVAC, exterior and interior walls, attic, and built‑in appliances. Silver Package — Starting at $650
The silver package is a popular choice for buyers seeking a deeper understanding of a home’s overall condition. It builds on the bronze package by adding radon testing and a professional termite/wood destroying insect (WDI) Inspection, providing a more complete view of potential environmental or structural risks.
Gold Package – Starting at $900
The gold package includes all inspections and testing required for a VA Home Loan.
